These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tax Help Finder website and services (collectively, the "Service"). Tax Help Finder is a service operated by JoeBondConsulting LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using taxhelpfinder.com, submitting a lead form, or receiving services from Tax Help Finder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

2.1 What We Do

Tax Help Finder is a lead generation and matching service that connects taxpayers ("Consumers") with licensed Certified Public Accountants ("CPAs") in Oklahoma. Our Service includes:

• An online quiz to assess your tax situation
• AI-powered qualification to determine if you need professional help
• Matching you with ONE vetted, licensed CPA based on your needs
• Facilitating initial contact between you and the matched CPA

2.2 What We Are NOT

Tax Help Finder is NOT:

• A CPA firm or accounting practice
• A provider of tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, or financial advisory services
• An employer or agent of the CPAs in our network
• A guarantor of any CPA's services, qualifications, or outcomes
• A law firm or provider of legal advice

We do NOT provide tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice. All such advice must come from a licensed professional you choose to hire.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Be a resident of or have a tax filing need in Oklahoma
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Submit multiple duplicate or spam requests
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access our Service
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our website or technology
• Harass, threaten, or abuse CPAs or Tax Help Finder staff
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

3.3 Rate Limiting

We limit form submissions to 3 requests per hour per IP address to prevent abuse. Excessive submissions may result in temporary or permanent blocking.

4. How the Service Works

4.1 Lead Submission

When you complete our quiz and submit your information, you become a "Lead." Your information is:

• Analyzed by our AI system to determine if you need professional CPA assistance
• Matched with ONE CPA from our network based on your tax situation, location, and CPA availability
• Shared with that ONE CPA only (we do not share your information with multiple CPAs)

4.2 CPA Contact

After matching, the CPA will contact you within 24 business hours via your preferred method (phone, SMS, or email) to:

• Discuss your tax situation in detail
• Answer your questions
• Provide a free quote for their services

You are under NO obligation to hire the CPA. The initial consultation and quote are free. You only pay the CPA if you decide to hire them for services.

4.3 No Guarantee of Match

While we strive to match every qualified Lead with a CPA, we do not guarantee that a match will be available. Factors such as CPA capacity, location, and specialization may affect matching.

5. Relationship with CPAs

5.1 Independent Contractors

CPAs in our network are independent contractors, NOT employees or agents of Tax Help Finder or JoeBondConsulting LLC. Each CPA operates their own independent practice and is solely responsible for their services.

5.2 Direct Agreement

Any agreement for professional services is directly between you and the CPA. Tax Help Finder is not a party to that agreement. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and accepting the CPA's engagement letter and terms
• Paying the CPA directly for their services
• Resolving any disputes directly with the CPA

5.3 CPA Verification

We verify that CPAs in our network are licensed with the Oklahoma Accountancy Board at the time of onboarding. However, we do not continuously monitor license status, malpractice claims, or disciplinary actions. You should independently verify a CPA's credentials before hiring them.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Free for Consumers

Tax Help Finder is 100% free for Consumers. You will never be charged by us for submitting a lead, receiving a match, or using our Service.

6.2 CPA Fees

CPAs pay us a fee when we match them with a qualified Lead. You pay the CPA directly for any professional services you choose to hire them for. We do not receive any portion of the fees you pay to the CPA.

6.3 No Refunds

Since our Service is free for Consumers, there are no refunds. Any disputes about CPA fees must be resolved directly with the CPA.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any CPA or their services
• Warranties that CPAs will provide satisfactory outcomes or results

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAX HELP FINDER, JOEBONDCONSULTING LLC, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any acts or omissions of CPAs, including but not limited to errors, negligence, malpractice, missed deadlines, incorrect advice, or poor quality services
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost tax savings, IRS penalties, interest, or emotional distress
• Damages exceeding $100 USD in the aggregate for any claims arising from your use of the Service

7.3 Consumer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating whether a matched CPA is suitable for your needs
• Reviewing engagement agreements and understanding the scope of services
• Providing accurate and complete information to the CPA
• Reviewing work product and meeting tax filing deadlines
• Paying the CPA for services rendered

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tax Help Finder, JoeBondConsulting LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any disputes between you and a CPA
• Any information you provide to us or a CPA

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on taxhelpfinder.com, including text, graphics, logos, code, and software, is the property of Tax Help Finder or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

11.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with Tax Help Finder, please contact us at support@taxhelpfinder.com and attempt to resolve it informally before pursuing legal action.

11.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Excessive or duplicate submissions
• Violation of applicable laws

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Sections 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Indemnification), 11 (Dispute Resolution), and 14 (General Provisions) shall survive termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you via email or prominent website notice

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, stop using the Service.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tax Help Finder regarding the Service.
